The warranty period for the entire range of UCH furniture is 5 years!

The warranty does not apply

Importantly!! The warranty does not apply in cases where the furniture has been intentionally damaged mechanically after it has been installed in the customer's premises! Also, the warranty does not apply to cases where the furniture has been significantly exposed to moisture or heat (high or low temperature).

Post-warranty service

We are happy to assist in the post-warranty use of our furniture. If with your furniture for various reasons something broke, peeled off, flew away, heavily soiled, etc. - You just need to call us to arrange a visit of the master to you. Describe the essence of your problem in detail and we will determine the most optimal solution.

DELIVERY, PAYMENT

Initial consultations and rough estimates are free of charge.

• If you require detailed drawings or 3D designs prior to moving forward, a design fee will apply.
• Once the design is approved, the standard payment structure is as follows:

Payment Schedule:

• 50% deposit to begin the manufacturing process
• 40% payment once the cabinetry is delivered to the project site
• 10% final balance upon completion of installation

These terms apply to most kitchen projects, but your exact payment schedule and delivery terms will be confirmed during the approval stage.

HOW MUCH DOES THE ORDER DELIVERY COST?

The cost of transport delivery within Toronto is free. For the city - the actual fuel consumption over a distance.

ORDER PROCEDURE

1. Departure of the designer on measurement of the room;
2. Development of design project taking into account your wishes and using the experience of the designer;
3. Coordination of technical design project with the customer;
4. Choice of materials and components;
5. Calculation of cost in different materials and with different components (if necessary);
6. Signing the agreement, advance 50% of the order value;
7. If necessary, the designer gives the layout of electrical, plumbing, etc. communications, as well as a scheme for laying ceramic tiles on the working part;
8. During the contractual obligations, we deliver and install furniture.
